To pick Rancis driving the RV1 from the book: One Sweet Race, players must trigger a Cheat Input in Transmission Gears of: 2, 2, 4, 2, 1, 6, 6, 3, 5, 5, 4, 1, 1 during Character Select Screen displaying Rancis. Due to the nature of Ralph's kart, whenever Ralph is part of the race, he always starts last regardless. Vanellope is Beginner Friendly while Taffyta is for the Hardcore Elitists. Due to Vanellope and Taffyta's competing nature, the two share the same Stats. The Karts in the game look different that the ones in the movie, such as enhanced Aerodynamic designs, and that all the karts have spoilers. 
Wreck-It Ralph shares this Character Specific Superpower. Since Sugar Rush Super Speedway is a real game in this universe and Vanellope was properly coded, her glitch was replaced with a much more believable character specific power, that being Sugar Nitro.

Vanellope's character description sentence: "Infamously known as the Glitch" was a reference to the movie where her character code was busted. Gloyd's character description's sentence: "Yeah, AWESOME!" is a DELIBERATE Shout Out to Animonsta's character BoBoiBoy. King Candy's role is similar to early concepts of the movie where King Candy is a different character than Turbo. King Candy is the Bad Guy in this game, as a reference to his character in the movie, albeit Sugar Rush Super Speedway being a Real Life Game with King Candy as a porper character instead of a Dummied Out character which Wreck-It Ralph villain Turbo obtained to steal Vanellope's Throne. This is due to his kart, the Velvet-Liner being a Long Haul truck, only that it's built for Racing. Wreck-It Ralph, despite lacking Sweetness, the attribute to gain Power-Up items, makes up for the HIGHEST defense rate in the playable racers roster, as it allows him to resist any from of attacks dealt from other racers. 
For example, Vanellope Von Schweetz driving the kart she and Ralph made together, which in the Fantendo Switch universe has an official name: "Sugar Wing", but unlike the movie version ( As well as the Predecessor game) which has a Glitched-like design, this kart is Mint colored, fully detailed with Lightning graphics, and an Arrow on the hood with a pink letter V, and the front looks like the Ferrari 599. As a comparison to the original Sugar Rush Web-Browser Game and the In-Universe game itself, the Super on the title indicates that this is an improvement on the In-Universe 1997 Sugar Rush game.
